Accommodation for Delegates

Accommodation is being arranged at VSSC Guest House, Thiruvananthapuram, on a first-come, first-served basis and on nominal payment basis.

Students: Accommodation is available for the first 70 students who submit the Google Form, on a twin-sharing basis.

Conference Transportation: To-and-fro transportation between the VSSC Guest House and the Conference Venue will be arranged on the conference days.

Airport/Railway Station Transfer: Airport/Railway Station pickup and drop facilities will not be provided. Uber/Ola cab services are available in Thiruvananthapuram.

Distance: Hotel Uday Samudra is approximately 18 km from the VSSC Guest House.

Accommodation for ICAMPS 2026 Delegate

The Organising Committee has arranged special discounted room tariffs with selected hotels in Thiruvananthapuram for the benefit of ICAMPS 2026 delegates and their accompanying spouses.

Participants wishing to avail these special rates are requested to contact the respective hotel directly and make their accommodation reservations.

Please mention your participation in "ICAMPS 2026" while making the reservation to avail the special conference tariff.

Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.
Reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.
Delegates are requested to make their bookings well in advance.
All payments related to accommodation shall be made directly to the respective hotel.
The Organising Committee is not responsible for room availability, cancellation policies, or any disputes arising between delegates and the hotels.
