1. Graphene India 2026 will be held in Kochi, Kerala, India on 9th March - 12th March 2026. The event timing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2. The inauguration will take place at 10:00 a.m. on 9th March 2026 at the venue in Kochi.
3. Participants are requested to adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided on the official website of Graphene India 2026.
4. Registration for participation should be completed online. The Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning any reason.
5. The fee once paid is non-refundable.
6. Participants shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt the smooth conduct of the event or inconvenience other attendees.
7. Any promotional, audio, or visual activity must be carried out only with prior approval from the Organizers.
8. The Organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
9. All attendees are expected to comply with local laws, venue regulations, and safety protocols.
10. Confirmation of participation will be communicated via Email or Message.
11. The Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue arrangements, or program structure in the interest of safety and effective event management.
12. In case of any unforeseen circumstances not covered under these terms, the decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding.
13. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELEGATES PARTICIPATING IN GRAPHENE INDIA 2026

The following are the instructions for the delegates to comply with, to ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment for all attendees of Graphene India 2026, scheduled to be held in Kochi, Kerala, India on 9th March - 12th March 2026. By registering, all delegates agree to abide by these instructions.

1. All attendees are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the entrance / registration counter and inside the venue on request by security officials.
2. All attendees must always wear the official Graphene India 2026 badge visibly within the event premises.
3. For security reasons, badges are non-transferable and may not be used by anyone other than the registered delegate.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission to any individual without providing a reason.
5. Delegates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards fellow attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, and service providers.
6. Access for anyone under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited due to the professional nature of the event and safety regulations.
7. Delegates have access to common exhibition areas and technical sessions. Separate registration may be required for closed-door meetings or special sessions.
8. Delegates are encouraged to avoid carrying large bags or luggage to ensure smooth security checks and movement within the venue.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all halls and enclosed areas of the venue.
10. Delegates must comply with instructions and directions given by event staff and security personnel at all times.
11. Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings. Any suspicious activity or unattended items must be reported immediately to event staff or security.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time. Delegates will be informed of significant updates.
13. Registration fees once paid are non-refundable.
